Nextflow Workflow Modules
=========================

The ``sc-nsforest-qc-nf`` Nextflow workflow is composed of three
module groups. These pages are auto-generated from the
``/** ... */`` docblocks in each ``.nf`` file by
``docs/parse_nf_docs.py``.

Re-generate after any ``.nf`` change::

   python3 docs/parse_nf_docs.py
